Louise is originally from England, and started her career in accounting in the early 90s. Over fifteen years and a trans-continental move later, she is now the President of her own accounting firm in the US.

In the intervening years between taking her first accounting position and starting her own company, Louise graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Missouri – St Louis, and finished her MBA in Accounting in 2009. She is a former president of the St. Louis Chapter of Accounting and Financial Women’s Alliance. She is also a member of the Tapestry Network, and volunteers as chairperson of the Finance Committee at St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church where she is a member.

Louise uses her combination of academic excellence and years of practical experience with small businesses and non-profits, both here and abroad, to provide quality accounting services to her clients. She believes that every organization, no matter how small, should have good accounting practices and records to track profitability, manage business, and minimize taxes.

Before working for Pooley Accounting, Jeff owned and operated a Business Consulting firm, with previous employment positions in management. Jeff holds an MBA from Lindenwood University and a B.S. in Business Administration from U.M.S.L. and is passionate about helping businesses improve their financial status.

It doesn’t take long to learn that Jeff enjoys life to it’s fullest, and finds humor in just about everything. Jeff is active in his local church and also volunteers for ALIVE (Alternatives to Living In Violent Environments), and Missouri Youth Soccer Association.

He and his wife Ann live in Cottleville, MO, and have two grown sons, Nick and Mike. When he’s not saving the world from accounting confusion, Jeff enjoys bike riding, reading books and watching football.

Accounting has always been a passion for Rich since his first accounting class in college. His fascination with it’s inter workings is one reason why his clients are pleased with his services.

With over 20 years working in accounting, and experience as a revenue auditor, Rich offers professionalism and value to the clients he works with. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Western Illinois University, and is considered very meticulous.

Rich lives with his wife in Wildwood, MO, and has two grown daughters. Besides accounting, Rich is very passionate about golf, and enjoys playing with his daughter, watching, coaching and competing whenever he can.

Jane’s dependable nature coupled with over 17 years in bookkeeping, gives the clients she serves both confidence and peace of mind.
Having been a small business owner, Jane is familiar with the demands of running a company. While living in Maui, she owned a bookkeeping business where she served a variety of clients including a lawyer, a non-profit organization, an interior designer and a surfboard shop.

Jane is a people person, and her dependable nature goes hand in hand with her experience and professionalism. She has an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science and stays up-to-date with QuickBooks® classes.

Jane also considers herself an artist, and enjoys painting animals and landscapes.

In a word, Danielle is committed. As proof, she’s dedicated both her college studies and extensive work experience to the fields of Accounting and Business.
Danielle has successfully provided governmental and private accounting services for nearly nine years using Quickbooks, Microsoft Foundation, Penta Database, and Peachtree Expert. She has knowledge on both MAC and Windows operating systems, and Excel, word, pages, and keynotes. She’s received her QBO Certificate, and is close to graduating college with a double major in Accounting and Business.

Danielle enjoys helping companies solve problems and achieve their business goals. She is a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, and volunteers both as her son’s youth soccer coach, and as a leader for the community swim team.

When she’s not hard at work helping clients, Danielle stays active riding bikes, jogging, hiking, and kayaking. She and her husband Daniel, United States Air Force Veteran, along with their two boys, live in the quiet countryside of Union, MO.

DavidaBookeeper / Accountant
An extensive background in small business bookkeeping, coupled with her accounting education, Davida helps clients with all their accounting needs.

Davida holds a BBA, Masters of Science in Accounting, and is a 2016 Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor. Her extensive experience in small business bookkeeping make her a valuable asset to the Pooley Team.

Davida enjoys problem solving, and is tenacious about making sure books are setup and maintained properly.

Davida is married, has one son, and two grandchildren. When she’s not helping clients, she enjoys nature, walking her dog, and spending time with family.
