Louise is originally from England, and started her career in accounting in the early 90s. Over fifteen years and a trans-continental move later, she is now the President of her own accounting firm in the US.
In the intervening years between taking her first accounting position and starting her own company, Louise graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Missouri – St Louis, and finished her MBA in Accounting in 2009. She is a former president of the St. Louis Chapter of Accounting and Financial Women’s Alliance. She is also a member of the Tapestry Network, and volunteers as chairperson of the Finance Committee at St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church where she is a member.
Louise uses her combination of academic excellence and years of practical experience with small businesses and non-profits, both here and abroad, to provide quality accounting services to her clients. She believes that every organization, no matter how small, should have good accounting practices and records to track profitability, manage business, and minimize taxes.
Davida enjoys problem solving, and is tenacious about making sure books are setup and maintained properly.
Davida is married, has one son, and two grandchildren. When she’s not helping clients, she enjoys nature, walking her dog, and spending time with family.
Carolyn holds a BS in Psychology, and with her extensive work experience in accounting is a valued member of the Pooley Team.
She enjoys helping clients, and finds great great satisfaction when the books are balanced, and clients have a full understanding of why accounting is so important.
Carolyn is married, and has two children. When she’s not helping clients, she enjoys running 5Ks and watching her daughter play volleyball and softball. She and her husband Pete live in Wildwood, MO.
She graduated cum laude from Maryville University with a Bachelor’s in Accounting and attained her CPA in 2008 while working in public accounting at a large regional firm.
Erica transitioned to a part-time accounting role after leaving the Controller position, and truly enjoys consulting with her clients on their business goals and objectives and helping clean up complex accounting situations. She specializes in process development, policies and procedures development, and financial reporting. Erica has over ten years of Quickbooks experience and is a Certified Quickbooks Pro Advisor as well.
While not serving clients, Erica enjoys volunteering in the community, serving on two nonprofit boards, as well as being involved with her kid’s sporting and other extracurricular activities. She also enjoys DIY furniture and cabinetry projects, reading, fitness, and spending time with friends and family. She is married with two kids and resides in Fenton, MO.
Christina received her bachelor’s degree in accounting and business management; then her master’s in forensic accounting. Her corporate career includes Advantes Group and Charter Communications.
With Pooley Accounting, Christina is excited to use her expertise and love of accounting, where she can see the direct impact of her hard work. She enjoys a close partnership with small and mid-sized businesses, striving to leverage her experience to bring the highest possible value.
A native of Cincinnati, OH, Christine has four children. She and her husband live in Florissant, MO. When not hard at work for her clients, she enjoys boating, golfing, and cycling.
Kim has experience in bookkeeping for churches, nonprofits and corporations and loves to do everyday entries, payroll, sales tax filing and yearly filings.
She graduated with a BS in Business Administration from Truman State University.
Kim is on the board of the Eagle Learning Center and regularly volunteers with Churches on the Street.
She is happily married 26 years to her husband Craig, with 3 children. They live in Ballwin, MO.
Lisa has nearly 20 years of accounting experience working with small service and retail businesses. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Maryville University and an Associate of Arts in Business from St. Charles Community College.
She was a Board Member of PTO for MVR-III School District for 7 years, a Founding Board Member for PTO at new Middle School, on the Multiple Advisory Boards for MVR-III School District, and a member of the Missouri and Franklin County Farm Bureau.
Lisa has a home in Pacific, and a family farm in Ballwin, MO with her husband Kevin and two children. They love to spend time outdoors hunting, fishing, boating, gardening, four-wheeling, and hiking.
